Patrick Devlin - Owner | Chief Executive Officer
Pat grew up in Central Pennsylvania, and earned his degree in Political Science from Penn State University. He went on to have a distinguished ten year career in the United States Navy. While traveling the world in the Navy, Pat estimates that he's visited about 300 breweries and/or distilleries. He is the CEO of Tattered Flag overseeing production and day to day operations at the facility. Pat and his wife, Courtney, live in Mechanicsburg with their two children.
Tony DeLellis - Owner | Chief Brand Officer
Tony is a lifelong Central Pennsylvanian who earned degrees in Elementary Education and Religious Studies from nearby Elizabethtown College. After careers in teaching and the mortgage industry, Tony is now full-time at Tattered Flag managing day to day operations and personnel. As CBO, Tony also handles social media marketing and the website. Tony and his wife, Lauren, live in Marysville with their daughter.
Matt Fritz - Owner | Chief Sales Officer
Matt was born and raised in Marysville. After graduating from high school, he continued to pursue his education at several institutions, focused on the studies of biology, medicine, and marketing. He now enjoys success in marketing and real estate. As CSO, Matt manages outside sales & distribution for Tattered Flag. Matt and his wife, Rachel, live in Annville with their five children.
Benjamin Ramsay - Owner | Chief Marketing Officer
Ben came to Central Pennsylvania during his elementary school years, where he and the other partners quickly built friendships that would last a lifetime. He is already a successful businessman, owning five of the fastest growing and most profitable Meineke locations in the country. Ben is the CMO for Tattered Flag, focusing primarily on mass media marketing. Ben and his wife, Erin, live in York with their two children.
Tony Schneider - Head Brewer
Tony was born in Harrisburg, grew up in Linglestown, and went to Millersville University. He developed an interest in home brewing and after getting married, he and his wife spent three months driving around the United States touring breweries and trying local beers (now that's a honeymoon!). During that trip, they made the decision that Tony would pursue brewing professionally, and he has been doing just that ever since. Tony loves brewing all kinds of beers, but IPA's are his favorite. Tony and his wife, Megan, live in Hummelstown with their three children.
Daniel Kulich - Master Distiller
Dan started his career with a love of craft beer way back in college. He then honed his craft as an assistant brewer for a brewery chain based out of Denver. Dan moved to Gettysburg for his love of history and for a perfect business opportunity to open Pennsylvania's first Brewery-Distillery. Dan has won many medals and awards for his craft and his skills are taking Tattered Flag to the next level.
David Morrow - Assistant Brewer
Dave grew up in Central PA and went on to earn a degree in Business Administration from Mansfield University. Since graduation, he has spent ten years working in the restaurant management industry and avidly pursuing his passion for beer as a well respected home brewer. Dave likes to brew IPA's, and he likes to drink Sours and Stouts. His restaurant management experience and imaginative beer recipes make him the perfect fit for Tattered Flag. Dave and his wife, Shana, live in York with their son.
Larry Nauman - Executive Chef
With more than twenty years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience, Larry is the perfect fit to run Tattered Flag's kitchen. He has compiled a stellar resume, working in some of the finest kitchens in Central PA. He has been featured on The Food Network's "In Food Today", WITF's "Best Chefs of Central PA", and Susquehanna Style Magazine's "Top Chefs of the Susquehanna Valley".
